Direct Booking Rules

• Send an inquiry about availability using the form provided.

• We will contact you at the email address provided in the form.

• We will send a reply with the price if the property is available during your requested period.

• If it is not available within your specified timeframe, we will send you a list of available dates closest to your requested ones.

• If you decide to proceed with the booking, we will reserve the dates for you, but a deposit of 30% of the total value will be required.

• If you cancel the reservation at least 21 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

• If you cancel after this period, the deposit will not be refunded.
