You can book directly on our website or by contacting us at +351 926850380 (also available on WhatsApp). You may also use booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Verbo, or Expedia, but please note that prices there are higher due to platform fees.   • What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

  • Is luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on apartment availability. Contact us in advance to check this option.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the chosen apartment and booking date. Detailed information will be in your reservation confirmation, or you can contact us directly. Note that cancellation policies on booking platforms may slightly differ from ours.

  • Is Wi-Fi available in the apartment?

Yes, all our apartments offer free Wi-Fi, typically high-speed fiber optic 5G. Login details are in the Guest Guide inside the apartment.

  • Do you provide bedding and towels?

Yes, fresh bedding and towels are provided in every apartment. For longer stays, we offer complimentary linen and towel changes every 7 days.

  • Can I request additional cleaning during my stay?

Yes, additional cleaning is available upon request. Please contact us in advance to schedule this service. The cost of additional cleaning is in our Price List. For stays longer than 7 days, we provide cleaning every 7 days at no extra cost.

  • Is the apartment equipped with a kitchen and basic cooking utensils?

All our apartments have a kitchen with basic appliances and cooking utensils. A complete list is in the apartment description, and a starter kit with essentials like coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, sea salt, and other spices is also included.

  • Can I bring my pet?

Pet policies vary by apartment, so please check beforehand if the selected apartment accepts pets, as indicated in the apartment description.

  • How can I reach customer service during my stay?

Our support team is available 24/7 at +351 926850380 (also on WhatsApp). These details are also in the Guest Guide.

Please contact us between 19:00 - 7:00 only for urgent matters requiring our immediate intervention.

  • Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we provide airport transfers on request. To arrange, please contact us in advance with your arrival date, time, and flight number. Transfer costs are available in our Price List.

  • Is there parking available near the apartment?

Most apartments have access to free parking spaces near the building. Details are available on our website or by contacting us.

  • Are additional services like tours or car rentals available?

Yes, we work with local providers offering tours and other attractions and can connect you with car rental companies. Contact us to book these services in advance. Some extra services are listed in our Price List.

  • Is there air conditioning in the apartment?

All our apartments have air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year.

  • Do you offer additional packages?

Each apartment includes a welcome kit with a small surprise gift from the owner, plus a basic hygiene pack: soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry and dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and cleaning products.

  • Can you do shopping for my arrival?

Yes, we can arrange shopping for your arrival. Contact us to set up a shopping list, and the cost is available in our Price List.
